How do I access a course?

To access courses, you must complete two steps:

  1. Create a StreamNative Academy account.
  2. Activate your account.

Once you activate your account, you can enroll in courses.

What web browser should I use?

The Open edX platform works best with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari.

Why doesn't my course show as complete?

For a course to show up as completed, you must request your course certificate.

How do I get my Course Certificate?

  1. Open the course you want to print the certificate for.
  2. Click the Progress tab at the top of the page.
  3. If you passed the course, you can request your certificate. If you did not pass, you can return to the course and review the sections you did not pass and then try again.

  4. Click Request Certificate.
  5. The certificate generates. Typically this takes only take a few moments. Once it's done, the page will refresh and the button changes to read View Certificate.

  6. Click View Certificate.
  7. You can view and print your certificate.
