How do I access a course?
To access courses, you must complete two steps:
- Create a StreamNative Academy account.
- Activate your account.
Once you activate your account, you can enroll in courses.
You can contact us or browse through the information below to find answers to common questions.
If you need help, email training-help@streamnative.io. or join the StreamNative Community on Slack and then add the training-chat channel. (And the answer is "Yes!" - we do monitor these.)

The Open edX platform works best with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari.

For a course to show up as completed, you must request your course certificate.
If you passed the course, you can request your certificate. If you did not pass, you can return to the course and review the sections you did not pass and then try again.
The certificate generates. Typically this takes only take a few moments. Once it's done, the page will refresh and the button changes to read View Certificate.
You can view and print your certificate.
